We are hiring a Landscape Contracts Manager!

We are seeking to hire a Landscape Contracts Manager to join our team working on prestigious projects within London and the South East. Blakedown are a multi-award winning company with a diverse profile of projects, an exciting time to join the company and industry and the market continues to grow.

The Contracts Manager is responsible for delivering Landscape construction projects on time and to the high standard we require. The projects are both Hard and Soft Landscape, ranging from £100k up to £4.5m. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of running projects of this nature, but we would consider different levels/ Backgrounds.

The majority of the works would be in and across London and the South East and would require attendance to the Head Office in Chobham. You'll be hard-working dedicated with a commercial awareness with the ability to work on your initiative and as part of a team. Ideally need sound IT skills with working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
