Category: Soft Landscaping Construction between £300K and £1.5M – Basing View Business Park

This complex regeneration scheme involved transforming the previously poorly maintained and mismatched Business Park into a modern uniformed site. Blakedown undertook works to the frontage of 15 properties as well as the verges and open spaces.

The works involved the planting of over 150 trees including 38 semi-mature Prunus and a wide variety of shrubs, hedging and herbaceous plants with over 15,000 plants in total. The project required the re-sculpting of embankments, constructing gabion retaining walls and installing new paving, bespoke railings and site signage.

Blakedown also completed the maintenance on site for a period of two years.
